Who is extraction for, and who should tell the therapist first?
The Signature Extraction Facial suits skin that is oily or that breaks out in blackheads, congestion or pimples. It is a beauty treatment, not a medical procedure.
Tell your therapist when booking if:
- you have broken skin;
- you have had a medical aesthetic procedure recently (a gap of three weeks to three months is usual, and your therapist assesses first);

Are there extra charges on top of HK$658?
No. The HK$658 first-visit price already covers all devices, brow tidy, extraction and aftercare, and nothing is added when you leave. If you want another treatment, your therapist states its price first and you decide.
Will my skin go red, and when can I wear make-up?
Redness varies from person to person. Wait until it settles before wearing make-up, usually three to seven days. Step four soothes, hydrates and protects the skin straight away.
Can I book with sensitive or broken skin?
Tell your therapist when booking. Your therapist assesses broken skin, a recent medical aesthetic procedure or pregnancy first. If you are pregnant, check with your doctor.
Do I have to buy a package?
No. Every treatment can be paid per visit, and new clients get a trial price. Packages carry a further discount, but buying one is your decision.
